Our first priority is to provide 而且 connect victims of prohibited conduct with the resources they may need as they work through a difficult time. 大学期间 encourages all possible victims of prohibited conduct to report the incident to the 第九条 Coordinator, we recognize that sometimes a person may want to seek confidential 援助. 大学 has designated various "机密的记者" who members of the University community can go to in order to get information 而且 support, without the details of their report being relayed to the 第九条 Coordinator 可能的调查. The following employees are 机密的记者:
Reports of prohibited conduct may be made in many different ways. 没有时间了 limitation on the filing of allegations. However, if the person alleged to have committed the prohibited conduct is no longer subject to the University's jurisdiction, its ability to investigate, respond, 而且 provide remedies may be more limited.
大学 always seeks to maintain the privacy of those involved in the reporting 而且 complaint process, keeping in mind the University's obligation to protect the entire University community.
The Director of the Office of Civil Rights 而且 第九条 is the person designated by the University to oversee implementation of the University's policies regarding prohibited conduct, including investigation of any allegations of noncompliance. 大学 has designated Inelda Acosta主编.D., pHCLE as the Director of the Office of Civil Rights 而且 第九条, 而且 has also designated a Deputy 第九条 Coordinator, who assists in 监督过程.
